What is a contact?
One contact is one Reveal & Contact: the candidate's name and profile are unmasked and a message thread opens. Messaging inside that thread is free, and a candidate who has opted out never uses one. Contacts reset every month.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Team access with 25 contacts. No card is needed. When the trial ends the workspace moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
What stays on Free?
Up to 3 active job posts and anonymous candidate cards. The workspace and its message history are kept, so upgrading later picks up where you left off.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Starter is $1,490/yr and Team $4,490/yr, about two months free compared with monthly billing.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Workspace admins manage the plan, card and invoices from Billing in the recruiter portal. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free.
